The Shareholders’ Meeting of April 24, 2012 approved, following a reasoned request by the Auditors under the existing law, to appoint  KPMG S.p.A. with an assignment of nine years through  the Annual General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2020.
