Claudio Corbetta – CEO

After graduating in Mathematics from Cambridge University in 1994, Corbetta started his career as a Consultant in the Strategic Services Division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). In 1998 he joined McKinsey&Co where he worked on several projects mainly in the banking and telecommunications sectors.

In 2000 he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration at INSEAD, France. Claudio Corbetta joined DADA Group in December 2000 as Director of the newly-conceived SME’s Services Business Unit and he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the new Register.it S.p.A. in 2002

At the end of 2009 Claudio Corbetta became Managing Director of Dada.pro business unit, consolidated as an international leader in its markets, after having finalized its international expansion plan managing the acquisitions carried out between 2006 and 2009 and their subsequent integration.

Following the strategic rationalization and the asset portfolio rationalization of the Company, in September 2011 Claudio Corbetta was co-opted by the Board to act as a new Director and appointed as Chief Executive Officer of DADA S.p.A..

In addition to being Managing Director and CEO of the parent company DADA S.p.A., listed since 2001, Claudio Corbetta is also Managing Director of Register.it S.p.A., Fueps S.r.l., Nominalia Internet S.L., Chairman of Sfera Networks S.r.l., and he is member of the Boards of Clarence S.r.l., Amen Ltd. (Company Secretary), Amen Netherland B.V., Amenworld Servicios Internet Sociedade Unipersonal Lda, Namesco Ltd. (Company Secretary), Namesco Ireland Ltd. (Company Secretary), Namesco Inc., Poundhost Internet Ltd. (Company Secretary), Simply Virtual Server Ltd. (Company Secretary), Simply Transit Ltd. (Company Secretary); he is also Sole Administrator of Agence des Medias Numeriques Sas.

Lorenzo Lepri –  General Manager & CFO

Lorenzo Lepri graduated in 1996 from the Bocconi University majoring in Business Economics. From 1996 to 2000 he worked at MEDIOBANCA as Deputy Director in the Financial Department where he was responsible for extraordinary financial transactions (such as IPOs, secondary transactions, bond and convertible loans, mergers and acquisitions).

In 2000 he co-founded and served until 2003 as CEO of WEB2B, a start-up company that developed an e-procurement platform for indirect sourcing addressed to the Small & Medium Enterprises.

In 2003 Lorenzo joined DADA where he gradually assumed roles of greater responsibility playing a key role in the growth and consolidation of DADA as an international leader in its core businesses until being appointed, in September 2011, General Manager and CFO of the Group.

In addition to being executive board member of the listed holding company DADA S.p.A. since 2003, Lorenzo is currently general manager of Dada S.p.A., executive chairman of Register.it S.p.A., Nominalia Internet S.L., Amen Netherland B.V., Fueps S.r.l., chiarman and CEO of Clarence S.r.l. He is also member of the board of directors Namesco Ltd., Amenworld Servicios Internet Sociedade Unipersonal Lda, Poundhost Internet Ltd., Simply Virtual Server Ltd., Simply Transit Ltd. and 4W Market Place S.r.l.

He served as chairman of Dada.net S.p.A., Dada Entertainment LLC (a 50% JV with SONY Music in the US), Upoc Networks Inc., Blogo S.p.A. and as board member of Amen Ltd, MY TV S.p.A., Travelonline S.p.A., RCS Dada Advertising S.p.A, Giglio Group S.p.A, Dada Iberia S.L., Dada China Ltd.
